dto4music talks to DJ Outrage about his label Backlash Record.

What is the ethos behind your label?  No rules, good music, pushing boundries

What Dj`s are supporting the music on your label?  Goldie, Bailey, Randall, Spirit, Digital, Amit, Friction, Hype, Storm, A-Sides, Equinox, Nihal (Radio One), Flight, Seba and more.

What artists do you have signed and are there any you have your eye on for the future?  Secret Society, Gremlinz, Thought, Stranjah have all had music on Backlash. Data is doing some wicked tunes right now. Got my eye on him.

Will you be releasing vinyl as well as mp3's?  Yes we do both.

Give us three words that sum up the style of the music on the label.  Eggs, Bacon and Cheese

What other labels and artists are you feeling at the moment and why?  Amit, Digital, Spirit (ALL since day DOT)!! Modular (Moody Modge) Secret Society (Got BALLS) Data (SPITTING) Goldie (PULLS THE STRINGS)

How often will you be releasing music through dto?  At least every 12 weeks

Does the label host any radio shows?  Soon come !! Watch this space

Why did you decide to start a record label and do you think there are too many labels out there at the moment with the whole online mp3 sales?

The label was started to release what I want and when I want and to give like mided artists the chance to let themselves go and not be limited with their creativty

What are your thoughts on the J-Tek movement and where do you think it can go in the future?
